Special Care Australia supports participants to build their capacity to travel independently by providing transportation assistance. This in turn will help our client’s access their community, work or education in situations where they are unable to do so via other means of transportation. We are available to provide participants through transport supports to help participants get around and engage with their community. You can also book one of our staff members to drive you to appointments, shopping or any other activity you may need to attend. We also support participants how to independently use the local public transportation to be self-sufficient. We provide general or activity-based transport based on participant individual needs and requirements.
