Where Care Starts…
Group-based support for young people between the ages of 6 to 18 years with special needs, mental health issues, psychosocial needs to assist in their day-to-day life.
We can help you build social connections; be involved in the community and build independence.
We provide a range of Group Activities to the participants with lots of exciting and activities and outings.
Special Care Australia is a NDIS registered Service provider.
NDIS rates apply as per the guidelines.
